Client Pain Points

The client is a local overseas engineering contractor. The original challenges include long-span heavy load requirements for production cranes, severe salt spray corrosion in coastal areas, strict local building code compliance, tight construction schedule, and complicated drawing coordination and shop drawing detailing. The client’s previous suppliers failed to deliver integrated BIM coordination and full set of fabrication drawings, which brought risks of on-site rework and project delay.

Customized Solution

We delivered full one-stop heavy steel engineering service. BIM modeling was adopted in the whole design phase for clash detection and structural optimization. Q460 high-strength heavy steel was selected for main frames to realize large clear span and heavy load capacity. Components were fabricated on fully automatic production lines. Our engineering team completed full set of shop drawing detailing, calculation documents and compliance verification. We also provide remote and on-site overseas erection guidance to assist local construction teams.

Production & Delivery Footage

Numerically controlled cutting, automatic submerged arc welding, shot blasting and anti-corrosion coating processing photos and short videos. Loading and sea shipment footage for containerized steel components.

Final Project Result

Completed building aerial panoramic view, internal heavy overhead crane running test, facade and joint detail close-up photos. The workshop meets daily heavy industrial production operation, stable under coastal wind and seismic load.
